Are the biodegradable paper colours of gold and silver the same as the metallic pvc confetti?

The colour and appearance of the biodegradable paper gold and silver confetti are not the same as the metallic pvc gold and silver confetti. The new biodegradable material cannot shine as much as metallic, but the paper does provide more shine and sparkle than regular paper confetti. With this paper variant of gold and silver confetti, MAGIC FX offers an environmentally friendly alternative to the metallic version.

Are the consumables in the Speedfill Pro both biodegradable and flame-retardant?

Yes! The consumables in the Speedfill Pro are both TÜV-certified and B1-certified. In addition, the carton is also biodegradable, making the Speedfill Pro a fully biodegradable solution.

Can I get my own design handheld shots?

Yes we can print a custom wrapping and make your own branded shots. There is a minimum order quantity of 1.000 pcs and a delivery time of approx. 4 months. For small quantities we recommend you to use standard shots and use stickers with your design.

Can you make a custom shaped confetti?

Can you print on confetti?

Do your handheld/electric shots need to be shipped as dangerous goods?

No, cannons are listed under special provision 594 and can be shipped as non ADR. This is only for road cargo. There are other rules for ocean and air freight. For ocean and air freight, please contact our sales team to make you an offer including shipping costs.

Does the biodegradable confetti immediately dissolve in water?

Biodegradable and water soluble are two different concepts. Ultimately, many materials break down but it’s important to care about what’s left behind in the environment. Our biodegradable confetti doesn’t dissolve immediately after one small rain shower just like a leaf from a tree doesn’t dissolve within a few months. But the biodegradable confetti doesn’t harm the environment, it will not damage the soil and it breaks down within the TÜV standards (maximum of 2 years, our confetti breaks down within 3 months), which is not the case with water soluble confetti.

How do I use the Speedfill Pro?

Remove the cap from the confetti cartridge. Place the cartridge onto the barrel. Unwrap the cardboard strip at the top of the cartridge. Using your thumb, gently push the confetti into the barrel until the cartridge is empty.

It took us 4 hours of counting with the entire team at the Friday afternoon drinks but we counted all of them and the answer is 55.000 pieces of paper. ;-)

28cm shots: 60g confetti or 35 pcs of 5m streamers
50cm shots: 90g confetti or 65 pcs of 5m streamers

Is bio paper always biodegradable confetti?

Yes it is. We care about our planet. That is why we produce our confetti from a specially developed tissue paper which is flameproof and biodegradable. All MAGIC FX paper confetti and streamers in the following colours: dark blue, light blue, dark green, light green, black, white, red, orange, pink, purple, yellow, silver and gold are officially TÜV OK biodegradable certified.

Is MAGIC FX confetti colorfast?

Our confetti has been treated to be colourfast. However in rare cases, the confetti may leave stains. This might happen when confetti gets wet and comes in contact with impregnated material such as tents, wooden floors or furniture or in combination with alcohol or cleaning liquids. To make sure confetti won’t stain we advise to use white paper confetti. This colour will for sure not stain.

Is MAGIC FX confetti flameproof?

Yes, for sure it is! Safety always comes first. That's why our confetti is flameproof. Our confetti is officially certified and B1 tested. Download the flameproof certificate on our downloads page.

Is MAGIC FX metallic confetti biodegradable?

No it isn’t. Metallic confetti is made of PVC. We recommend to only use metallic confetti indoors and separate the confetti with the plastic waste after use.However, we’re proud to introduce paper silver and gold confetti to our TÜV certified biodegradable and flameproof paper confetti assortment. These new paper products provide an eco-friendlyalternativeto metallic PVC confetti with more shine and sparkle than regular paper confetti.

Is the Speedfill Pro required for the Proshot?

You can also use standard polybags with streamers or confetti to fill the Proshot. However, using Speedfills gives you the maximum capacity per barrel and allows for much faster reloading. This makes working with the Proshot easier and more efficient.

What is the delay when firing electric confetti shots?

Our electric shots fire very quickly. There can be a small delay but that will be less than a second. Every cannon has a wire which needs to melt. Most of the times you won’t even notice the delay.

At what temperatures can the Snow Fluid be used?

The Snow Fluid can be stored between 0°C and 50°C. To ensure optimal performance, avoid exposing the fluid to freezing temperatures and always use it within the recommended storage conditions.

How much fluid snow fluid do I need?

The Snowbox uses 0.2 L per minute. With 1 can of 2.5 L you can blow snow for 12.5 minutes.
The Snowcase uses 1 L per minute. With 1 can of 20 L you can blow snow for 20 minutes.

Is the snow safe for people and equipment?

What type of material is the Snow Fluid made of?

The snow is made from a specially formulated, biodegradable water-based foam fluid designed to create light, realistic-looking snowflakes. Once processed by the machine, it transforms into soft, biodegradable foam flakes that float naturally through the air.

Can I adjust the output of the bubbles out of a Smokebubble Blaster?

Yes! Bubble output density can be adjusted using DMX or the onboard control panel.

Is MAGIC FX Bubble Fluid slippery?

Yes. Bubbles are made of a soap-based liquid, so when they land on a flat surface such as a dance floor, it can become slippery. For crowd safety, always keep a minimum distance of 5 m between the audience and the machine.

Does MAGIC FX Bubble Fluid stain clothes?

No need to worry! Bubbles are made from a soap-based fluid, so when they land on clothing, they can leave a small amount of soap residue. However, we don't use any dyes, so it won't be visible and won't leave permanent stains.

Does your bubble fluid stain on clothes?

Bubbles are made of a soap based bubble fluid. When bubbles fall down on peoples clothes there will be a little bit of soap residue. However, we do not use dyes so you won’t see it and it won’t leave permanent stains.

Is bubble fluid slippery?

Yes. Bubbles are made of a soap based liquid. When the bubbles fall down on for example a flat/dance floor the floor will get slippery. Keep a safety distance of 5 meters in front of the machine for the crowd.

The Smokebubble Blaster consumes up to a maximum of 8.5 L of Pro Bubble Fluid and 0.275 L of Smokebubble Blaster - Smoke Fluid per hour, depending on the bubble intensity.

Which fluids do I need to operate the Smokebubble Blaster?

The Smokebubble Blaster requires Pro Bubble Fluid - 20L (MFX3003) to create bubbles. To produce smoke-filled bubbles, you'll also need Smokebubble Blaster - Smoke Fluid - 5L (MFX3027). Prefer regular bubbles only? The machine can also be operated without Smoke Fluid.

Can you supply coloured smoke?

No, as far as we know there is no good quality smoke fluid on the market. The coloured smoke effects you sometimes see at festivals are done with fireworks. Contact a professional fireworks company for coloured smoke effects.

How long does a 5 L can of Eco2jet fluid last compared to traditional CO2 bottles?

A 5 L can of Eco2jet fluid gives you approximately 13 minutes of effect time — comparable to a full rack of 12 x 50 L CO2 bottles. That makes the Eco2jet not only easier to handle, but significantly more cost-efficient.

How much Smokejet Fluid do I need?

The Smokejet uses approximately 2.5 mL per second, so a 5 L can of Smokejet Fluid gives you around 33 minutes of effect time.

What type of CO2 bottles do I need?

What's the difference between Eco2jet Indoor and Outdoor fluid?

Yes, the Sparxtar and Sparxtar II are both designed to use the MAGIC FX Sparxtar Powder (MFX5102).
